Although we do try to have items in stock at all times, sometimes there are unforeseen delays with suppliers or shipments.

However, we are committed to high levels of customer service so aim to communicate as clearly as possible if there are delays outside our control.

Here is where you can find information on our shipments; when they have landed, if we are currently

co-ordinating a shipment etc.

Updates will be made as often as possible so that the information is current. As always, you are welcome to contact us if you have any queries whatsoever.

Latest Shipping update: Our latest shipment has landed and we are just sending out the last of the backorders.

We are currently organising a new shipment due in March/April. Cutoff for those orders is the end of Feb so if you want us to order something in for you, feel free to send your order through.

We are even able to have orders shipped from Sonlight or Amazon (or other companies) and have them sent to our shipping pallet. You have to pay GST plus applicable shipping & customs charges but it is nothing like the cost of airmail for a small order or individual book. This is a new service we are offering so if you are interested, give us a call 0800 I LEARN or drop an email - learn@learnex.co.nz .

Our networks mean we can also access nearly every US homeschool supplier/product if you want something specific which we don't usually carry.
