Returns Policy (Important: please read)
At LearnEx, we stand behind all our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. We therefore offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all items! Simply contact us within that timeframe, providing a reason for the return and you will be issued with an authorisation number and return instructions. Any damage which occurs during shipping will be deducted from the refund as will the original cost of postage.
Although we take great care to package parcels well, we realise that damage may sometimes occur during shipping. In this unlikely event, we are able to put in a claim with the postal/courier company. For us to be able to do this we need you to retain all original packaging including bar codes and report damage as soon as the parcel is received. Due to insurance limitations, we can only accept returns on damaged goods within 7 days so please contact us immediately if your parcel arrives damaged. We are unable to accept CDs, cassettes & videos returns unless they are damaged due to copyright restrictions.
You can be confident that your order will be handled efficiently and despatched in a prompt and timely manner. In the rare event of a parcel going missing, a replacement will be issued, assuming the correct shipping information was provided initially. If a replacement isn’t possible for any reason, a full refund will be given.
We understand that you don’t want to pay any more than absolutely necessary for postage so we always use the most economical, reliable method to send parcels. In nearly all cases (except for very small and/or inexpensive orders), we prefer to use trackable methods. Rural delivery customers who specifically request courier delivery will incur a small surcharge which we are charged by the courier companies.
In addition to our very reasonable postage charges, South Islanders pay North Island rates!
