You can be confident that your order will be handled efficiently and dispatched in a prompt and timely manner. In the rare event of a parcel going missing, a replacement will be issued, assuming the correct shipping information was provided initially. If a replacement isn’t possible for any reason, a full refund will be given.
We courier all our parcels and are able to track them in transit to ensure that they have been delivered safely. Also, any order over $500 will be sent freight free!
We check all delivery addresses using NZ Post's Address & Post Code Finder as does our courier company. If you have a Rural Delivery number please make sure that you include it in your delivery address.

There are no refunds for change of mind, please carefully research the items you are interested in before purchasing them.
Although we take great care to package parcels well, we realise that damage may sometimes occur during shipping. In this unlikely event, we are able to put in a claim with the postal/courier company. For us to be able to do this we need you to retain all original packaging including bar codes and report damage as soon as the parcel is received. Due to insurance limitations, we can only accept returns on damaged goods within 7 days so please contact us immediately if your parcel arrives damaged. We are unable to accept DVD returns unless they are damaged, due to copyright restrictions.
